The six hats method is a way for everyone to be on the same page when discussing a topic. By purposely adopting a certain way of thinking, people can discuss certain aspects without getting side tracked or miscommunicating. Then they can move on to other aspects without losing anyone, so they can effectively cover all their bases.
My friend stated I would need information about the atmosphere in order to complete my semester project. She was fairly positive that my idea was a good one. She felt that getting the word out about my website would probably be the hardest, but overall thought it would fit a niche that was probably not filled already. We talked about the orientation of the website for maximum impact. The next step would be compiling the information needed to complete the website.
My project hasn't really changed but I'm a bit more confident about the idea.
